Walter Judge Jr. of Burlington law firm Downs, Rachlin, Martin PLLC, and Mahesh Nayah and Jonathon Martone of the Detroit law firm, Clark Hill PLC filed the complaint.

In 2007 Plasan was asked to produce sets of parts: a hood, wind splitter and mirror covers for the Shelby Mustang– which is an adapted version of the Ford Mustang. Delivery of these parts started in April 2008. In order to meet the quantities and deadlines requested by Shelby, Plasan had to put an incentive program amongst its employees in place, which had to be paid by Shelby according to Plasan lawyers. The incentive was reduced by half to a total of $43,675 on Dec. 10, 2008 when it agreed to delay the delivery with one week. Plasan lawyers further claim that Shelby delivered five Knight Rider hoods costing $1,500 each, significantly less than the normal hoods sold to Shelby as their quality was not that important as these Knight Rider Hoods were used in stunts.

The “Knight Rider” series was brought back to our screens in 2008 with a Ford Shelby Mustang called KITT as a sequel to the hit series during the eighties, but this time around it failed to succeed.

Up until Tuesday Shelby Automobiles has not yet reacted to the complaint.

Other show dragged in by the channel Five is “The City” a spinoff for the MTV reality show. And this would be showing how one can shift his fashion style from Los Angeles to New York Fashion.

They have narrowed down the list of suspects and eventually they are able to locate the Galt, the main suspect. Mike locates and corners Galt, and just as he is about to nab him, he finds Galt has not only drank the serum to save himself, worse, he overdosed on the serum and possesses super-human strength. Mike is now on a frantic struggle for his life, and must find a way to capture Galt.

When he arrives at the bar that Sonny owns, Mike notices that things have changed quite a bit, and is surprised to find out that Sonny had died and his daughter, Julie is running things. Mike agrees to stay and help her put things back into shape, trying to put back things the way they used to be, only to learn that it can be a daunting task as someone is trying to force her out.

It was a lovely partnership and unlike a standard cop drama, they both worked seamlessly together and Michael was not much without KITT while like a dog loyal and loving, KITT’s only objective is to watch over Michael and this is amplified when he is able to empathize with his vehicle.

The new season of Knight Rider has him fighting with individuals who he has done before in the past but he has no recollection of them and it tells a lot about his relationships and the plot with the show keeping you guessing constantly on who and what is bad and good with taking you in one direction and suddenly changing the route. It is modern and complete with all the action and mystery. If you have missed some episodes than you have a chance to go and get watching and not worry about anything as you can go now and watch it latter.

Knight Rider, a US TV series which had Hasselhoff as Michael Knight in the lead, was the story of a former police officer out to fight crime. He is recruited by the ‘Foundation of Law and Order’.

The black 1984 Pontiac Trans Am (KITT) was closely followed by Del Boy’s yellow Robin Reliant from ‘Only Fools and Horses’ which got 20 per cent of the votes counted. The third spot again came with a difference of four percentage points and went to Marty McFly’s DeLorean (the time traveling car) which received a total of 16 per cent votes.

The fourth spot had a tie with Starsky and Hutch’s ford Torino getting 14 per cent. Herbie with eight and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang with four stood at fifth and sixth positions respectively.

The survey was carried out by MSN cars. Tom Evans from the company says KITT’s popularity was owed to the fact that it was a loyalist and offered a sensible advice.

Evans also adds, “KITT is above just a cool car. He is actually a man’s best friend.”

Honestly, after the first few episodes we were wondering when NBC would pull the plug. It was just so bad, it managed to ruin the reputation of the iconic 80’s classic. Well, I guess you just can’t top a show with David Hasselhoff in it.
